Every child has the right to an education, but more than 62 million girls around the world are not in school. And yet, it’s proven & truth when girls achieve an education, they can lift themselves–and everyone around them. There are many barriers generally in urban slum area & rural area of India, prevent girls from receiving the education they deserve. These include:

• Child, early and forced marriage
• Poverty
• Poor health and nutrition
• Family care and domestic housework
• Early pregnancy
• Violence in schools
• The long distance to school
• A lack of girls’ washrooms

Manav Jan Kalyan Trust is encouraging the parents basically in slum areas of different part of the urban & rural areas of the country. Many positive responses received from many parents in our surveys. We are providing the help on above mentioned society obstacle to send the girls to school.
